Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! We ensure all our product images reflect exactly what you’ll receive. Each mug is photographed professionally and accurately under natural lighting to match colors, textures, and design as closely as possible.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your purchase is complete, your sales receipt will be emailed to you. You can also access it anytime by logging into your Pzoff account under "My Orders".

How can I return an item?

Returns are simple! If you're not satisfied, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Absolutely! Popular mugs do run out fast. If an item is out of stock, you’ll see an option to receive restock notifications. We recommend signing up for alerts so you’re the first to know when it’s back!

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship across the United States and selected international countries. Shipping availability and rates are displayed during checkout based on your location.
